Bio
Ronald Haynes is a University Computer Officer, at the University of Cambridge, with wide experience within academic Information Communication and Technology in both the US and UK.  Ronald currently acts as Relationship Manager for the university’s collegiate institutions, as well as having a wider responsibility for the University Information Technology Community as Development Manager.  His role involves liaison, strategic and practical consultancy, course development and provision, as well as professional and community development.  Formerly he had been Head of Theology at St Augustine High School (Texas, USA), computer consultant and technical writer and editor in London and Pittsburgh (USA), as well as University of Bristol's Computing Service Information Officer, first University Webmaster, course developer and provider, and postgraduate researcher in Philosophical Theology.  At Cambridge he also has been Computer Manager for Selwyn College, and Deputy IT Manager for the Cavendish Laboratory. Ronald is a Governor of St. Mary's School (Cambridge), a Trustee of the Eckhart Society, and holds BCS, ACM, Computer Society, and IEEE membership.  He facilitates the Veholder.org project for Augmented Reality blending and extending of archives and museum collections, and is Co-chair of the IIIF 3D Community.
