Martin has been an IT leader for more than 30 years and founded Kogo Limited over 20 years ago. He advises his client’s senior management team on how to understand and mitigate risks to their businesses and get the most out of technology in order to be more successful. He has spoken at many well attended events on Cyber Security and GDPR. He also acts as a Virtual Chief Information Officer for clients who recognise they need to take ownership of technology issues at board level.  He is an Executive Council Member of the UK Channel Community for for CompTIA, a Non-Executive Director for the Sussex Chamber of Commerce and an Advisory Board Member: SynMSP (Synaxon UK largest reseller buying group).

Martin Bannister is a cybersecurity specialist and is the Managing Director and founder of Kogo®. He has been running Kogo® for almost 2 decades, and still finds time in his busy day to provide personal support to clients. He is a skilled speaker, and has given a number of seminars and workshops on cybersecurity and IT threat awareness. When he’s not hard at work, Martin writes about cybersecurity, and his articles have been published in many local publications including Sussex Business Edge and Gatwick Diamond’s “The Source”.
